Lydia Kariuki

Receptionist

Lydia has been with the company for over 6 years now, starting out as an assistant to the sales department, but having shown strong capabilities in Management, took over the role of Receptionist in 2019. Lydia is responsible in management of the companies email and client query management.

Muema Ngila

Purchasing Manager

Muema Ngila joined the company on 2007, and worked as a junior purchasing clerk eventually taking over the role on 2015. He is solely responsible for all purchasing functions within the company and liaison with all suppliers.

Habil Asa Waseka

Chief Accountant & HR

Habil joined the organization in 2001, and has been with the company now for 19 years. Habil is a CPA part II, and handles all the key financial and accounting responsibilities within the company and in addition he also handles the companies HR.

Kamaldeep Singh Phull

Managing Director

Kamaldeep, is a graduate of Middlesex University, UK, holding a BSc in Manufacturing Management & Business Studies, plus a diploma in Grain Milling Technology from the illustrious Swiss Milling School, St. Gallen, Switzerland. Kamaldeep joined the business in the year 2004 and has been the Managing Director since 2010. Kamaldeep is involved in all project work and has key skills in project management and in grain milling, with specialty towards grain milling engineering and solutions towards the grain milling industry.

Martin Muendo

Accountant

Martin joined the company in 2011, and has been with the company for 9 years. Martin is a CPA part I, but with a vast experience. Martin is responsible for daily accounts tasks in addition to liaising and reporting on staff that are posted outside of the company on sites. He also oversees all sales invoicing and client account query management in tandem with Habil.

Paramjit Singh Bansal

Quotations Engineer & Site Manager

Paramjit Singh Bansal, has also been with the company for a very long time, initially joining the sister company in 1989 for over 18 years, and then rejoining again in 2018.
Paramjit is a qualified mechanical engineer, and is currently responsible for client visits, quotations and site management.

Onesmus Mutinda

Sales & Sheet Metal Management

Onesmus Mutinda joined the company in 2007. Onesmus has been involved mainly in sales, invoicing and management of the sheet metal department, with core focus on the companies’ sheet metal cutting and bending section. He over sees a team of 5 personnel in that department, in addition to general sales management and invoicing.

Avtar Singh Phull

Workshop Manager

Avtar Singh Phull, has been with the company since 1980 (initially through its sister company Alliance Steel Works Ltd), thus having dedicated over 41 years to the company. Avtar has a vast knowledge in mechanical engineering with an experience of over 50 years. Avtar specializes in precision mechanical engineering and steel fabrication, plus he has vast experience in machinery and plant design and maintenance. He also has deep knowledge of the grain milling process and is very experienced in plant maintenance. His key role is coordination of all incoming jobs, customer enquiry management and quality.
